International workers contribute on a large scale to the employment window across many countries in the world. It is a well-known fact that hiring foreign skilled workers is not an easy approach as opposed to hiring employees who hail from your home country. Yet, this is for sure a well worth effort while considering the significant benefits associated with it. The process of hiring a foreign worker would seem quite daunting. But with our help, this process can be relatively smooth.

SP Immigration Services holds a Temporary Foreign Worker Recruitment License in Manitoba and specializes in finding skilled foreign workers for our Manitoban employers.

Our goal is to help Manitoba businesses solve their skill and labor shortages while giving the workers we recruit an opportunity to immigrate to Canada. The people we recruit often apply with the goal of becoming Canadian permanent residents resulting in hiring long-term employees for your company. Simultaneously, they gain the privilege of accessing the opportunities and lifestyles that Canada has to offer for themselves and their accompanying family members.

When your company decides that skilled foreign workers may be part of the solution to your skill and labor shortages, we can help navigate through both the recruitment and later the immigration phases of the process.

The first recruitment step for SP Immigration Services is to properly understand the necessary qualifications and work experience of the individuals your company would consider hiring. We would be demanding a description of the workers, whom we would be looking to recruit including particular qualifications and general requirements for the job as well as the job descriptions.

At the same time we learn about your company's specific labor demands, we need to learn as much as possible about the company itself. The competition for skilled workers is worldwide. It is important for us, that we do everything possible to assist in selling your company, treatment of its labor force, and Canada to skilled individuals who, in many cases, can work in many different countries.

We will advertise your positions, search through our database of skilled workers, and work closely with our contacts worldwide, to find the people that best match your labor needs.

Once your company has chosen which candidates to hire after interviewing them, we can then assist with the immigration process for your new employee to enter Canada either temporarily, or permanently.

Once in Canada, we remain in contact with you and your foreign worker to cater to any problem regarding the work. We ensure that workers arrive promptly and work in a hassle-free fashion.

Our legal team at SP Immigration Services will explore all options to facilitate the timely and hassle-free entry of the skilled workers you have selected. In most cases, this may require your company to apply for an LMIA (Labor Market Impact Assessment) permitting you to recruit foreign workers. In some cases, you may be eligible to have your workers enter Canada through LMIA-exempt immigration programs.

A Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document that an employer in Canada may be required to submit while hiring a foreign worker. A positive LMIA will reflect that there is a requirement for a foreign worker to fill the vacant position. It will also show that no Canadian citizens or Permanent Workers are available to do the job.

We work closely with you to match your recruitment needs with the best immigration strategy for the short and long-term labor demands of your company.
