1. Purpose of Consultation: An initial consultation aims to provide the consultant with sufficient information to allow for a full analysis and comprehensive advice on immigration options, including estimated timeframes, legal fees, and costs.

2. Fees: The Client is obliged to pay the full consultation fee in AUD.

3. Limited Scope: A Consultant-Client relationship will not be established by the initial consultation agreement. After the initial consultation there is no obligation for you to retain us, nor do we have an obligation to provide any services to you, unless further engagement or a full retainer agreement is signed.

4. Method of Consultation: RCIC shall provide consultation to the client in person, byphone, or by Skype (only audio method) unless RCIC allows video consultation. The consultation will last for such a period as necessary for RCIC to perform the services under this agreement, but in any event, shall not be longer than 40 minutes.

5. Confidentiality: Any personal details or documentation reviewed through the RCIC in the direction of the consultation, will not be divulged to any third party, apart from RCIC’s employees, without the client’s consent besides as demanded via the law.

6. Validation: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the State of South Australia and the Federal laws of Australia. Please be advised that Santvana Sharma & Prince Sharma are members in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and as such, are bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.

7. Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy: If the client is late for his/her appointment, he/she can utilize their remaining time and attend the consultation. We will not refund any amount of money in this case. If the client would like to book a new appointment, we can offer a 50% discount on the next initial consultation appointment only. If you have booked a consultation with us and want to reschedule or cancel the same, you can do so by cancelling /rescheduling the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. No refund would be provided on cancellation. You can reschedule the appointment with no extra charges. If the client cancels an existing appointment and would like to book a new appointment, we can offer a 50% discount on the next initial consultation appointment.

8. Acknowledgment: You accept that you have read the above terms and conditions and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
