SP Immigration Services knows that time is valuable and due to unforeseen circumstances, you may need to make changes to your scheduled appointments.

Below is our Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy for your perusal:

If the client is late for his/her appointment, he can utilize his remaining time and attend the consultation. We will not refund any amount of money in this case. If the client would like to book a new appointment, we can offer a 50% discount on the next initial consultation appointment only.

If you have booked a consultation with us and want to reschedule or cancel the same, you can do so by cancelling /rescheduling the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. No refund would be provided on cancellation. You can reschedule the appointment with no extra charges.

If the client cancels an existing appointment and would like to book a new appointment, we can offer a 50% discount on the next initial consultation appointment.
